4th Generation Optical Character Recognition (OCR) - Our OCR application processes insurance documents up to three times faster than if they were handled manually, allowing us to identify and extract information from scanned images with maximum efficiency.
Automated Prioritization - Far better than the traditional, first in, first out methods, our system organizes incoming mail and faxes using document and loan characteristics based on each client’s specific servicing requirements.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) - Approximately 50% of insurance records sent to us for processing are received via EDI and those documents have 100% data capture quality. And, electronic files are processed the same day they are transmitted, expediting insurance updates to your customers' accounts.
Automated Mail Extraction & Fax Integration - Incoming mail and faxes are processed with automated mail technology and dedicated fax servers to expedite processing and reduce the risk of document loss.
Document Imaging - Our clients enjoy unprecendented access to view lender-placed notices and policies.
