Professional Development
Investing in our people
One of the most important responsibilities at QBE FIRST is the continuous investment in growth and development opportunities for employees that will enrich their professional skills and strengthen organizational competencies. In 2008, QBE FIRST (while operating under the name of ZC Sterling) was recognized as a High Impact Learning Organization (HILO) 80 by Bersin and Associates. This achievement was no accident. QBE FIRST's training programs and professional development resources come in many forms to meet the needs of employees no matter their pursuits.
